Design Director / Direct, Digital Brand Experience
Brand value drives business value. I helped transform the traditional branding agency model with a digital-centric service complete with global team, leading innovation partners, and a client-friendly branded UX proposition.
As Director, Digital Brand Experience my role was to oversee all digital work-streams within the network-leading London office with a personal focus on “branded UX” – finding that sweet spot between exceptional digital experiences and memorable brand-led moments. Working with multiple stakeholders and directing varying teams (including strategy, I&A, UX, UI, motion, copy, XR and engineers), I ensured my clients brand stories were delivered in the most compelling and effective way possible.
I was responsible for establishing Landor’s full digital offer (launched as ‘Landor Q’) across the EMEA region. During this time I fostered strong, creative partnerships with clients such as Barclays, bp, Bayer, Portakabin, Adecco, ING, to name but a few. My mission was to enhance the use of innovative technology across the Landor offering, merging the real world with the digital world to aid brand transformation, engage new audiences and tell great stories. In these three years I considerably expanded the business offer across the region as well as overseeing the growth of the offer in both the American and Asian markets.
Before this I worked as Design Director with my experience rooted in brand creation and visual identity design, spanning a multitude of industries across an ever-changing landscape. Directing and managing teams of designers, leading client relationships and commissioning talent comes as second nature.
